Isabel gets funds to revamp tech and facilities
Towards the continued growth of our component colleges, VSU Isabel received a 28-million allocation for its College of Engineering and Technology for facilities and equipment upgrades. The lion’s share goes to the Mechanical of Engineering department that invested in numerous top-of-the line equipment.
Almost 14 thousand Viscans for this school year
During the 2nd VSU online Student Onboarding Program that happened on August 19-20, 2021, VSU President Edgardo E. Tulin welcomed 13,744 enrollees for this Academic Year 2021-2022.
Some elevating news
The VSU Main campus recently completed two 3-storey buildings—the new Library and the Advanced Research and Innovation Center. It now has fully operational elevators open for public ease of mobility, adding these two to the PWD-friendly buildings that VSU continues to set its eyes on for future infrastructure.

This is the center of Dr. Edgardo E. Tulin’s speech for the Graduate School Onboarding as we welcomed the 439 graduate students for this school year. The virtual Onboarding was held recently on August 24, 2021 via Zoom.
